If I could give all the stars in the sky for my review I would, but since I'm limited to 5 here on Google... Then 5 starts it is! The service I received from Saige and the Store Manager, Robert was world class!!! The whole team is fantastic here! I was traveling with 3 dogs from Dallas, TX to Fairmont, WV and ran into some serious tire issues. They truly went above and beyond for me to get me back on the road. I can't thank y'all enough!!! I highly recommend this location. All the staff is polite, thorough, and exceeds expectations! Thanks again!

Saige was so helpful when we came to get our tires rotated and get an alignment. He checked our tires and they were right on the edge of needing to be replaced. He did not pressure us to buy new ones, but priced them for us and was honest about the condition my tires were in. The service was fast and efficient. We ended up not needing an alignment and they were honest about that instead of charging us and doing it anyway just to make money. Saige is the best! Overall amazing experience, will recommend to others!

I purchased four new tires for my wife's Subaru online a few days and the process was seamless and very efficient. I also scheduled the installation for today. The installation was also seamless beginning with the front counter with knowledgeable service personnel. The installation was completed on time as promised. All employees that I talked to were friendly and responsive to questions. I heartily recommend this store, you will be very happy you did.

Seriously cannot say enough about these guys. I bought tires here and my Dad just recently bought wheels and tires. Met the Vice President of the whole company while waiting and he said this store is 98% in overall service out of all locations in the country. The communication and service is top notch. We will ALWAYS recommend them and literally never go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed!

First Day after getting new tires , I should have known better it’s all kids in the shop , waited an hour and a half extra after they said the latest time it would be done , less than 24 hrs my tires completely flat on a day they’re not in business so I’ll have to do it myself. Waste of time don’t go here you’ll be making several trips.
